Daily $185.00Per Night(2 night minimum)

Single Weekday: 210.00 (1 bedroom) (not including holidays or festival weeks)
Holidays/Festivals $205.00 per night (3 night minimum required)
Weekly $1170.00 (Buy 6 Nights Get 1 Free)
Monthly (28 Days) $3885.00 (Buy 3 Wks Get 1 Free) 

$500 non-refundable deposits required for reservations made for 14 days-21 days

$800 non-refundable deposit required for reservations made over 21 days.

Deposits will be deducted from total due at check-in.

Pet Fees

$20 per day

$120 per week (pay for 6 nights and get 1 free)

$225 Max per month (28 nights)

All stays are a 2 Night Minimum (We will cancel all reservations not meeting the minimum without notice)

Holidays/Festivals are a 3 Night Minimum

Our reservation system will allow any reservation to be booked. Please stick to our minimum nights policy or your reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Terms for Rentals

• Reservations made within the cancellation policy is to be honored and can not be cancelled without being penalized 100% of the total Rental charged to the card on file.
• We do not charge card at time of booking and will need a valid credit card on file. 
• Weekly & Monthly Rentals deposits are due 60 days before arrival date.
• We are not responsible for reservations that are made that have been cancelled due to incorrect nights booked. Please keep in mind when booking our 2 night minimum or 3 nights for Holidays/ Festivals
• Online bookings are finalized at the time of booking. If you book in error or need to cancel please do so within the cancellation period to avoid additional fees being placed on your card. We will send an email with instructions and policies within 72 hours of booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• DAILY-    Full refund if cancelled before 3 days of arrival. No refund if cancelled within 3 days of arrival. 
• WEEKLY-    Full refund if cancelled before 1 week of arrival. No refund if cancelled within 3 days of arrival.
• MONTHLY- Full refund if cancelled before 60 days of arrival. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days of arrival. No refund within 30 days of arrival.
• FESTIVALS/HOLIDAYS- Full refund if cancelled before 2 weeks of arrival. No refund within 2 weeks of arrival.
